  1. The mystery shopper’s role of restrict his remarks to the ministry:
  • Their commitment to office hours, presence in thier offices during due office hours and not going out the ministry or postponing citizens’services for another day.
  • The behaviour of seniors of the ministry towards an ordinary man’s services. Is there enough interaction for helping citizens to achieve their work in a short time.
  • Make sure that the ministry’s offecials’behaviour is equal and fair with all citizens regardless of their social classes and any class details under them the citizens divided into several genres.
  • Make sure there is no misuse of power or the officials’office by presence of corrupted treatments or of bribe to officials.
  1. The mystery shopper’s role of monitoring and recording the notices of the place,offering the service in the ministry:
  • Make differences and crowd in the offices of the ministry or offices of services and define the reasons.
  • The nature of treatment in the ministry in pressure times and contingency plans of the ministry for treat the potential pressure in some days.
