No civil infrastructure project can be designed or built with confidence without a sound understanding of the ground it stands on, and that understanding begins with Soil Mechanics. This training course gives participants a complete, practical grounding in soil behavior and ground engineering, connecting theoretical principles directly to the real challenges faced on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, embankments, and utility networks.
Participants will strengthen their understanding of Soil Mechanics as the theoretical basis for every ground engineering decision, and will build practical competency in geotechnical testing methods used to characterize site conditions.
